Daniel’s career has focused on IT Support - specifically IT Outsourcing, Customer Support, Network Administration, and Software Development. His experiences have run the gamut of technology and software providing him with extensive experience working with Help Desks, Financial Applications, and Bio Technology Applications. Daniel has worked in many industries including Design, Bio Technology, Non-Profit, Health Care, and Education.Daniel started his career at Lionbridge, the world’s largest independent testing organization, as an assistant IT Manager responsible for managing internal help desk support. He moved on to the Telluride Group as a network consultant providing outsourced IT Support and Network Administration services to some of Telluride’s largest customers including: ImmunoGen, Big Sisters of America, and Harvard Law School Alumni Organization. At Telluride, Daniel gained valuable experience with providing world class IT services for small, medium, and large organizations with varying budgets and financial constraints.Specialties: At Top Dog, Daniel manages the customer support department which includes implementation services, support, and training. Daniel is also an active participant in Top Dog’s development team having lead development on products and provides programming assistance.
