Led expansion efforts of two rural congregations seeking to start a new church in a neighboring community. Exploratory efforts included research and interviews, SWOT analysis), and collaboration and coordination with various individual and group stakeholders. Worked with local leaders in creating awareness of our efforts and identifying community needs the new entity could potentially assist in solving. Directed 5 years of exploratory efforts and first 5 years of start-up. Successfully raised over $500,000 to purchase and renovate a former elementary school and convert it into a ministry center. Set vision for ministry plans and led renovation efforts. Senior focus added, in supporting a local senior meal site at our facility, in collaboration with County Health & Human Services. Expanding partnership to include mental health and overall wellness resources to low-income seniors.Day-to-day operations involved overseeing all development and communication, in addition to providing education and counseling services. Provided education and counseling services included a variety of settings and age groups (early childhood, teens, young adults, spouses and families, seniors, individual and group settings).Efforts were recognized by the community in 2022, receiving the award of Non-profit Of The Year, the first church to receive this award since its inception.

Led exploratory and launch efforts of a new preschool. Collaborated with preschool director and local stakeholders to oversee development of the state's most innovative and education focused preschool and nature preschool. Developed an early childhood STEM program that is designed to teach 3-and-4-year-olds an introduction to computer coding, robotics, working with a 3-D printer, and engineering challenges.Day-to-day operations include providing family education and counseling including providing at-home resources, and assisting with maintaining state licensing policies and procedures.
