With the company expanding I am continuing to develop relationships with new high-end clients whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients. I run all aspects of projects from the initial planning, Labour Management and delivering the project to the Final Account. Running Multiple Multi-million-pound projects simultaneously, I regularly liaise with executive clients regarding any matters at hand. Other duties include but are not limited to negotiation of terms and conditions, preparing and evaluating pretender and tender documents, working with the commercial team to achieve the agreed cashflow, conducting meetings with heads of departments and delivering contracts within the agreed contract conditions.

Whilst working at MGF Interiors I have developed some excellent relationships with new ‘big’ clients whilst maintaining a great relationship with existing clients. Overseeing many high-end Multi-million-pound projects mainly based around the London area, including The Shard, Schroders, Deloitte, Design Museum. Working on such executive buildings, the standards are high and there is no room for error. With over 200 sub-contractors working for the company spanning across many sites, I managed and motivated multiple site management staff to ensure they are fully trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently. I negotiated tenders with clients and surveyed tenders, on top of making sure projects ran smoothly, dealing quickly with any issues that happened to arise.

Whilst working at Chelmer Site Investigations I assisted in developing the build side of their business, building up a good client base whilst also developing the relations of existing clients of the company. I encouraged Professional Development ensuring all the team, newly recruited and existing were trained and working to the best of their ability. Included in my duties were the surveying of tenders, I also negotiated tenders with clients.

Working at the prestigious Café Royal Hotel in Piccadilly Circus fitting the new electrical system throughout the 5 star hotel with 300 guest rooms. I oversaw over 50 engineers and supervisors on a very tight deadline, my duties included Project Management, Recruitment, Governance & Meetings, Escalations, Stakeholder Management, Team Management and also the Pricing and Billing.
