I have 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with my first two years as a lab technician before becoming an analyst performing stability and release testing in a GMP environment for the next 9 years. I then began a role as the Lead Stability Coordinator where I was responsible for running a team that set up and manage stability studies. This involved reviewing the documentation that my team had generated including stability protocols and data trending and assessment at the end of studies. During this time I was also responsible for training all personnel within the laboratory in stability related topics.After deciding to move to the QA department, I spent 6 months as a QA officer reviewing and approving method validation for the development department.I'm currently a QA specialist for the laboratory, where I approve the documentation, deviations & OOS investigations.
