Preventative maintenance, basic repair for Diesel trucks, Tractor/Trailer and Diesel engine diagnosis and repair.

• Conduct vendor and supplier audits pursuant to ISO 9001 on behalf of clientele throughout the U.S.• Prepare audit reports • Deliver audit reports to clients and management within 24 hours of job completion.

 Advising management team of safety laws, regulations, and rules as per OSHA, and other applicable rules and regulations for U.S. and other regions around the Gulf of Mexico. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings, Toolbox talks, and Task Risk Analysis meetings. Enforcement and implementation of Company safety policies, procedures and rules. Management and monitoring of KPI's and other measurement methods of safety programs and statistics. Track all related corrective and preventative actions in the Synergi database, and ensure flash safety notices and other HSE-Alerts are delivered throughout onshore/offshore personnel. Conduct HSE site audits, and internal audits as per Safety policies Daily monitoring and entry of crew work and safety data, including Critical Safety Behavior Cards, near misses, and all incidents. Responsible for daily maintenance and repair projects as required to maintain facility functionality Responsible for certification, inspection and maintenance of safety equipment Responsible for facility security, assignment of access codes and authorizations.

• Organizing and developing training curriculum for offshore oilfield inspectors• Development of and initiating QMS program pursuant to the ISO 9001/2008 standards• Preparation of company procedures for NDT disciplines and written practices & procedures in accordance with ASNT-TC-1a.• Coordinating NDT training with Level III for company personnel to qualify for certification based on traceable hours of experience and practical application tests• Develop and initiate training programs for inspecting divers, Topside inspectors and Data recorders for API-RP-2A section 14 inspections.• Planning and monitoring UWILD inspections on vessels and Spar platforms.• Interview and make final selections of qualified personnel for NDT and inspection positions• Develop unique software program for inspection/testing data collection and inspection reporting.• Assist with marketing and sales for inspection services in both domestic and international markets.• Prepare company departments for, and participate as company representative in all Class agency audits for IWS and NDT certificates of approval (i.e. ABS, DNV, BV, NK.)

· Development and implementation of IDPS (Inspection Data Processing System) and GLMS (Global Logistics Management System).(Global Logistics Management System) inspection programs for worldwide deployment.· Technical Writing for operations, safety, and inspection procedures pursuant to regulatory and governing agencies such as ABS, API, ISO, and B.O.E.M.R.E.· New business development and technical presentations to companies, regulatory and governing agencies in the Gulf region of the United States, and within the international regions of China (PRC), Middle East, North Africa,(Egypt and Libya), and South America (Colombia, Ecuador, & Peru).· Inspection personnel management and training program development for inspectors, recorders, and inspection divers and NDT technicians.· Liaison between clients and industry officials to resolve offshore inspection issues.· Preparation and submission of Industry White papers regarding the offshore inspection field, proper training for domestic and international oilfield inspectors.· Inspection project planning, execution and management

· Planned, prepared and executed several level I topside and underwater inspection project of various sizes and complexity for variety of Oil companies in Gulf of Mexico.· Assigned to several long term projects as Topside Inspector for level I inspection of fixed platforms in GOM (Gulf of Mexico).· Composed and produced procedure and repair manual for conducting Cathodic Potential surveys and performing maintenance on equipment necessary to perform the surveys.· Assigned to several large API-RP-2A Section 14 Level II-III-IV underwater inspection programs as Data Recorder/company representative for Exxon-Mobil, BP, Forest Oil Company, Chevron, Texaco, Unocal, Apache Oil Company and several independent Oil Companies throughout the GOM without assistance or direction of operations department.· Project manager for several successful string anode installations for large number of oil companies throughout the GOM on solo basis without communication with or without direction from operations department or supervisors.· Assigned to installation projects for Anode Pod and Anode strings in the Gulf of Mexico. Anode clamps, and Anode pods on site at the direction of the clients throughout the Gulf of Mexico.· Assigned to several large underwater inspection projects as Data Recorder utilizing divers, ROV’s, and WASP.
