As Manager of Technical Services for PrintFleet Inc., Daniel Licon has over 8 years of experience in the computer industry. Daniel's history has led him from a small consulting firm in Houston Texas to one of the largest professional print and document service providers in the United States. Licon's broad and in-depth knowledge of advanced, product driven technology, coupled with his understanding of core business processes, allows him to communicate with individuals across the entire corporate platform. Daniel oversees the management and direction of customized professional support and technical training services at PrintFleet, which helps dealerships further enhance their Enterprise software systems to their unique corporate requirements.

Provide technical support for implementations. Advise and recommend technologies related to printing, scanning and digital document management. Directing project to automate fleet management. Installation and configuration of print servers and MFD's. Present technology solutions via PowerPoint to potential clients and answer technology related questions as assistance to the sales team.

Worked with clients in and around the Chicago area to maintain, implement and re-focus local and global networks for optimal performance, reliability and system stability. Major technologies focus on terminal services in conjunction with thin client systems, Exchange 2003, Blackberry Enterprise server and complex VPN integrated networks.

Duties included handling configurations, installations, monitoring, and support of networks. Other responsibilities included system and network rollouts, installations, testing and troubleshooting. Phone systems installation and support including Avaya, Lucent, Nortel and Toshiba.
