Metropolitan Funding Corp. (MFC) is a full service commercial real estate mortgage banking firm and is an approved FHA Title II Non-supervised Mortgagee and FHA Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) lender. Through the FHA mortgage insurance programs, MFC provides long-term, first mortgage financing for new construction, rehabilitation, refinance, and acquisitions to multifamily and healthcare owners and developers nationwide. MFC was incorporated on July 18, 1991 in the County of New Castle and the State of Delaware. On April 29, 1992, MFC filed with the State Secretarys office to do business in the State of New York under the name of Metropolitan Funding Company of North America.
