I was charged with administering the marketing and listings of the properties of our clientele. I created and managed our MLS listings and their attendant online marketing. I also performed due diligence on our listings involving the collection of a number of pieces of data to subsequently synthesize into a coherent summary of a given listing. I created Market Plan Reviews collecting data and analytics for our agents to deliver to our clientele on the ongoing performance of their listing. I also coordinated with agents to bring our listings to market in the manner that best suited their specifications.

I was charged with maintenance of the outside of the store, with responsibilities including but not limited to re-stocking carts from the dens on the outside of the store back into the inside of the store, re-stocking baskets from the checkout area to the front doors of the store. As well, disposing of trash both bagged and unbagged strewn along the outside of the store and throwing it into the baler, assisting elderly or disabled people with taking their bags to their vehicles, taking damaged, loose, or found inventory to the back and sorting them into the appropriate places. Also, performing various miscellaneous tasks at the discretion of the store managers.
