• Spearheaded development of Si-integrated micro-cooler (IMC-Si) of liquid cooling in HPC applications (> 2.2 kW) from concept to testing.
• Led project of process integration between IMC-Si & CoWoS.
• Defined and conducted industry-first direct-to-silicon liquid cooling reliability tests.

• Designed a 5-kW thermal test vehicle (N65 BEOL) from layout & DRC to fab-out & thermal calibration.
• Established and managed a thermal lab for high power applications.
• Set up thermal experiments, incl. PCB/socket design, liquid cooling heatsink assembly, data acquisition and analysis.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams on thermal-mechanical analysis, new product development, and technical risks assessments.
