I have been working in the fitness industry for part of 10 years, working with all different types of patients/clients, and different professionals, learned and improved myself along the way. knowledge does not occupy space, so i am always in the loop. Working with top Olympic athletes, and being able to enjoy what i do for a living is one of life's best experiences.
