I assist the nurse with all aspects of patient care. I routinely check on the well-being of those patients that are assigned to me during my shift and assist them in all things to make their stay in the hospital as pleasant as possible. I help the patient in getting out of bed, ambulating, and washing (if help is necessary).My aim is to treat my patients as I would wish to be treated and to make my patients feel as good as possible while in the hospital so that a speedy recovery can be promoted and achieved.I maintain my certification by attending annual re-certification training, which includes CPR, aseptic technique, AED, sphygmomanometry, and numerous in-house hospital policies.

I supervise the activities of inmates within the population. I assist in any emergencies and respond accordingly. I transport inmates to and from appointments that they may have outside of the prison. I supervise the safety of the general public from the inmate as well as the inmate from the public while in public areas such as hospitals or courthouses. I investigate disciplinary infractions by inmates and recommend charges. I maintain my certification by attending annual re-certification training, which includes CPR, first aid, AED, self defense and marksmanship training.

Assisted in the printing of newspapers by loading paper, unloading finished product, cleaning and stocking the workspace, and cleaning the machines in order to ensure proper functioning.

I searched for and engaged any enemy combatants. I maintained my equipment and weapons by learning how to disassemble, clean and reassemble any pieces of equipment that I may be issued. I maintained my performance by continued physical training as well as weapons and tactical training.
