Responsibilities:1. Lead annual financial budgeting exercise for all stakeholders2. Monthly and quarterly BAS / VAT reports for AU, NZ and UK3. Oversee group tax and regulatory compliance (Corporation tax, transfer pricing, tax provisions and annual financial statements) 4. Group cashflow forecasting and co-manage banking relationships 5. Month-end management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow statement)6. Prepare fortnightly payroll, superannuation and new hire registration7. Design and implement internal control checklists and processes for accounting integrity8. Ad hoc corporate projects (business expansion, applying for export business grants, etc)9. Partner with management on business strategy (product pricing review, ERP systems, etc)

- Specialist in Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Common Reporting Standards- Engagement manager on various FATCA / CRS projects - Preparation of tax provisions and tax return calculations- Admin duties such as scheduling meetings and drafting of invoices and engagement letters
