Daniel Lipton comes to PSR with an extensive background in all things real estate. As the owner of a Toronto-based boutique construction company, Daniel has overseen more than $15 million in construction projects over the last several years. His clients look for his guidance and expertise when it comes to buying or selling a home, especially when renovations are involved.After graduating from university, Daniel embarked on a culinary career working at 5-star resorts around the world. He has traveled throughout North America, Asia and Australia cooking for movie stars and diplomats. After settling back in Toronto to start a family, Daniel shifted his focus to real estate and construction, building multi-million dollar homes in North York. He trained under some of the top builders in the Toronto area before launching his own construction company. His portfolio quickly expanded to include large-scale residential and commercial renovations.Daniel is also active in philanthropy. He sits on the board of several non-profit groups and works tirelessly planning events. He has helped raise over $500,000 for charity in the last year alone. As a musician and food lover, Daniel makes sure to take advantage of everything Toronto has to offer. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, their young daughter and two German shepherds Evie and Lyla.

Starting out as a driver, I was able to really learn the ins and outs of a custom home building company. I developed very strong relationships with trades, labourers and clients which allowed me to run job sites effectively and efficiently. As I worked my way up to become an assistant project manager and site supervisor, I developed the skills needed to manage the accounting side of a construction project in tandem with the production side.
