Currently, I am on a track for two different Master degrees at Wageningen University and Research. At the moment, I am working at Rival Foods to gain some knowledge on the production of state-of-the-art, plant-based meat analogues. After the summer of 2024, I am starting my MSc Food Technology, with specialisation Sustainable Food Process Engineering. At the end of 2025, I hope to have finished my internship for this master and my MSc Animal Sciences. For this internship, I am also on the hunt for a nice project/company which concerns itself with sustainability and the transition of animal-based protein to plant-based protein.I am eager to learn about many subjects and to expand my knowledge and expertise, hence the two master degrees. In order to enhance my skills I am always on the lookout for other experiences and/or jobs (currently for ~16h per week). As I have the tendency to be a project or team leader, my aim in my career is to become a leader in a business as well, in order to more efficiently strive for (environmental) sustainability. Environmental sustainability is of high importance for me, as this is the main reason I have started with the study Animal Sciences.
