Lead key suppliers of HP notebook business to achieve HP shipment goal and serve as key player to drive supplier to deliver satisfied supply chain performance to comply with HP business requirement. 2.Assist RD & NPI team to source and evaluate new suppliers. Make field visits with team. Evaluating and qualifying the suppliers according to the field auditing and HP’s requitements on quality, Leadtime, cost, capacity flexibility. 3. Audit ODM factory materials status. Chase ODM procurement team and sub-suppliers when supply is under risk. Aligned with HP SQE & tooling team to trigger the suppliers audit. Report to management level promptly. Help ODM to find the shortage root cause. To chase HP internally for HP owned parts and push the suppliers accordingly. 4.Know well about the mechanical enclosure process – Plastic injection, sputtering, rivet melting, UV coating, die-casting, stamping, hairing, sand blasting, anodizing, CNC, thermal bonding, laser etching, assembly, 5. Independently executes the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact. Drives backlog management. 6. Complete all the relevant reports that are required by management to support the business. Ensure that the data is completely accurate and communicated on a timely basis. Consolidate material issues and report in monthly review session.7. Handle proper project to optimize ODM procurement process.

1) I worked as a project manager in this U.S -owned electronics/hardware sourcing company. I took charge of the workflow of the product manufacturing, including the electronic components purchasing, cost-down, production supervision, discrepancy returns, and products export.2) I was responsible for communicating and connecting all the resources needed, including the suppliers, the PCB fabrication facilities, the electronics assembly factory, the plastic/hardware mold factory and the import-export company. I ensured that all the chains work in the correct direction and the process run smoothly. Gradually, I was able to handle multiple tasks effectively according to their priorities. 6) Since I reported directly to GM, and I was in charge of the customers from USA, Great Britain, Australia, I had made great progress in spoken English and learned more about the western culture.
