My general responsibility is following up the actions of engineering team in headquarter located in American Murfreesboro, and pushing the projects going forward. Main Achievement, 1. Successful on developing 3 new projects, Whirlpool microwave oven heat, GE B$B heater and Maytag Oven light. Emerson got about 0.2 million US$ business from them during Y2005. 2. Successful on one Lean project, Maytag oven Cost saving, saved 40,000$ during Y2004.

It was very successful and have pushed Midea to get into this category.• In 2004 and 2005, I have designed two types of rice cookers for Europe. In the year, , it was produced more than 200,000pcs to Germany and America.• In 2004 and 2005, another type of rice cooker with function of cooking crispy rice, which designed by me, It was sold in Middle East. • These projects contributed greatly to increase the export revenue of Midea, and it made Midea getting the highest export revenue than the years before.
