Daniel Loo is currently Senior Manager, People Team at Changi Airport Group (S) Pte Ltd. Daniel joined the Air Transport Division of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), now CAG, in 2007 as Assistant Manager, Airline Development, CAAS’ business development and airline account management arm. There, he worked with Changi Airport’s existing airline clients to grow their business and expand their operations at Changi. In July 2009, following the corporatisation of CAAS, Daniel was transferred to CAG where he assumed the position of Manager, Air Hub Strategy to spearhead the development of strategies to strengthen Changi's air connectivity as well as grow passenger and cargo traffic volumes at Changi Airport. In January 2014, Daniel moved to Talent & Development unit in the Human Resources Division where he worked with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement learning activities that are aligned to CAG’s overall development roadmap. Since 2016, Daniel has been part of the Talent Acquisition unit in People Team (formerly known as Human Resources), where he looks forward to making a difference to CAG’s business through developing and executing talent acquisition strategies such as employer branding, campus engagements, scholarship and internship programmes.
