In addition, I actively work to find ways of limiting risk while also improving the efficiency of our daily operations. Highlights of my role include:- Lead internal teams as program manager for client service-related projects and complex change requests to provide clients with key risk indicators, KPIs and hedging model improvements- Developed custom performance analysis tool in Excel, using both quantitative and qualitative data to establish a risk/reward scoring system for clients which drove key decisions and strategy from management- Created inquiry management workflow using Confluence, Excel and JIRA that facilitated better cross-functional communication and improved efficiency of high volume client inquiries Show less
