• Lead a team of GNC engineers and reported to the Chief Engineer.
• Coordinated my team into improving our six-DoF simulation environment which facilitated improved predictions to support changing customer CONOPS.
• Directly interfaced with the warfighters OCONUS, providing them technical direction, as needed.
• Supported the software side of a fast and lean J11-based Weapon Datalink (WDL) and integration into the OFS and guidance algorithms.
• Participated in this WDL task from planning with the customer through implementation in the factory and successful flight test.

• Led a team of GNC engineers on the Griffin missile project. This IPTL tasking was primarily centered around estimating cost and schedule and tasking the GNC team members, and communication of missile performance to the.
• Continued support of the USAF Weapons Instructor Course (WIC).
• Received training in basic program management techniques as part of IPTL training. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭-𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟳:
• I developed new Griffin missile guidance algorithms on a fast schedule for specific customer needs (air launched and surface launched CONOPS)
• Supported weapon integration on new aircraft (C/V-22 and classified platforms)

• Developed new guidance algorithms and developed improved seeker algorithms to maximize system performance.
• Worked between the GNC and seeker algorithm groups to produce tightly coupled and high performing algorithms on the JSOW
• Supported embedded software testing in the JSOW Hardware-in-Loop lab, and software release.
• Tested new guidance and seeker algorithms on High Performance Computing (HPC) grid.

• Supported JSOW FQT and autopilot specification validation; performed trade studies on the autopilot, IMU and CAS.
