I worked as a Legal Technologist at Norton Rose Fulbright, positioned within the Innovation, Design and Technology team of the company’s Transform department. My role involved optimising NRF’s legal technology offering within EMEA, through the building and maintenance of tools within the firm’s legal technology product portfolio.My role also lent itself to both matter management and product ownership responsibilities, through consulting on currently existing fee earning product initiatives, as well as facilitating the training and adoption of NRF’s legal technology stack internally within the firm.

Utilised business information systems to both collate and transform company data into readily-useable management information, based off of current key performance indicators. Improved administrative data collection efficiency by 50%, through building automated workflows into the company’s management information system. Created a real-time performance dashboard, specified to various departmental needs through liaising with both the marketing and project development team. Was heavily involved in the inception process of Window to the Womb’s latest brand initiative, though gaining an understanding of low code artificial intelligence software, which I used to co-create a pregnancy-tailored chat bot. This was supported by a quarterly growth scaleability plan and Key performance Indicator of my creation, of which the results were presented to the company board at the end of each quarter. Gained marketing certification for passing various courses surrounding both GoogleAds & Facebook Ads. This allowed me to gain exposure to the creation of brand initiatives, as well as franchise marketing.

Operated as an external auditor as part of my sandwich degree year in industry, for market leading clients across various industries such as automotive and consumer products. Completed essential audit testing on balances such as cash, accounts receivable & payable, as well as accruals. Conducted process walkthroughs with key client personnel to disclose company protocol for activities such as payroll. Lead numerous fixed asset verifications with both company finance personnel as well as site management where applicable. Made steps towards ACA chartership with 100% exam pass rate.
