-Improve current Computerized Maintenance Management System enabling it to capture more relevant data faster, aids reporting to be more efficient and data to be more accurate.-Manage workshop and field service men to carry out maintenance on priority machines first.-Preparing monthly KPI report to track machine reliability, usage and damage frequencies for machines. -Produce monthly component change out schedule for individual machines.
