Chemical/Fuel Dispatcher
CurrentFuel Dispatch:• Manage 35 gas stations fuel volumes.• Assign loads to my 14 drivers to cover all stores in a timely manner to prevent any service issues.• Directly coordinate with Kroger, HEB, Conoco Phillips, and Racetrac to ensure that proper service is provided.• Coordinate with all customers on pull locations for each load.• Manage drivers’ hours of service to ensure enough time is provided to deliver all assigned loads.• Maintain driver schedule and rotation days.Chemical Dispatch:• Accepted and prepared all loads and information needed to deliver the designated product in a safe and timely manner.• Responsible for assigning loads to drivers and ensuring that all load requirements are met and that the product is delivered on time.• Manage 34 drivers and coordinate back-haul loads after their initial delivery.• Review drivers electronic logs for their hours of service in coordination with federal law.• Responsible for answering phones and delivering high customer service to all current and potential customers and drivers.• Call in all reported incidents to the safety department with accurate details in a timely manner.• Assign tractors and trailers to each load based on load requirements.• Organize and prepare all needed documents to haul hazardous materials for each load.
