Research Manager
CurrentAs a research manager, I am leading diverse research projects from both internal and external requests to craft strategic and in-depth business recommendations for long-term growth. I design and manage our research portfolio includes, product A/B testing, customers’ attitude and usage identification, key purchasing driver analysis, new product development and etc. My key responsibility:- Looking after the project lifecycle from start to end, including writing research proposal, designing and planning research methodology, data analysis and project debriefing. - Performing sophisticated quantitative research methodology, with a pronounced focus on specialized statistical techniques including path analysis, multiple linear regression and conjoint analysis, which yielded nuanced insights, laying the groundwork for data-driven strategies that bolstered Sainsbury's market presence. - Managing multiple research projects holistically through their entire lifecycle to deliver the projects on time in the fast pace environment. - Coaching and empowering colleagues to learn new research techniques and execute high-quality research projects. - Distilling intricate research findings into actionable, pragmatic recommendations, catalyzing operational improvements that reverberated across diverse domains within Sainsbury's and external client organizations. - Constructing meticulously crafted, high-quality reports, adeptly tailoring language to resonate with stakeholders' backgrounds. The presentation prowess ensured effective communication of findings and strategies, fostering a deepened understanding of research outcomes.- Learning new skills continuously to refine and expand our research portfolio and increase our revenue stream. - Managing Sainsbury’s key partners’ relationship and foster a strong connection built upon trust and understanding.
