Part of the 7-Eleven graduate program which involves four, six month rotations in a variety of agile squads throughout the business. To date, I've been in Channel Operations, Format Innovation (new store concepts) and Loyalty. Majority of my role has been working in an analytical capacity to provide insights and recommendations to my teams. In this role I've gained experience in ETL processes, data gathering, data cleaning, end-to-end analysis and data visualisation.Key Achievements- Designed and developed an automated SAP data entry solution using Excel Macros and VBA. This improvement reduced a weekly manual task from 16 hours to 1 hour. - Presented analyses in larger company forums of 100+ people on multiple occasions.- Developed a variety of Power BI dashboards to report store performance and customer behaviour.
