Leading investment opportunity origination, acquisition due diligence, valuation modelling and project financing for M&A investments in renewable energy.

- Origination of acquisition opportunties for solar energy projects throughout France, ranging from smaller projects to utility scale.- Developing external relationships / networks to assist in the winning of M&A projects in the solar market.- Manage the existing portfolio of projects and principal point of contact for all stakeholders involved in transactions.- Organization / Structuring of M&A process internally : creation of a deal team involving different departments during DD, presentation & validation of M&A opportunities at Investment Comittee ; - Management of M&A opportunities from start to finish covering all transaction stages, from information memos, financial modelling,financial due diligence and funding through to completion.

Support the preparation of investment cases brought to management committee: structuring, execution and follow-up of investment casesCoordination with senior management and internal functions Team management and recruitment of analysts and interns (3 persons)Deal sourcing & relationships with M&A and financing partners : internal and external growth opportunities, new sources of funding Main operations: - Sale of energy efficiency assets and PV assets in Brazil with project financing - Financial close of PV assets in Madagascar and Burkina Faso

Management of full M&A processes including: opportunities screening and contact, modeling & valuation, structuring, coordinating due diligences et Q&A sessions, SPA negotiations, execution of Signing and Closing, Post-Closing follow-up Team management & recruitment of analysts More than 5 M&A transactions closed : - Acquisition and sale of wind onshore and offshore assets (Portugal, UK, France) and PV assets (public auction bid « CRE 3 » in France) - Other M&A operations : Public Tender Offer (PTO) in Italy, acquisition of German Operation & Maintenance operator in offshore wind

Management of financial due diligence missions including execution and supervision of DD reports analyzing & adjusting financials statements in both buy-side and sell-side transactions Management of audit missions including audit strategy, internal processes review, financial closing accounts, and production of audit reportsMore than 15 missions in France and abroad both at EY France and EY Portugal Team management (up to 5 persons per mission) and recruitment sessions / training programs for newcomers

- Valuation: trade and transaction multiples, discounted cash flow- Business plan modeling, rating analysis of consolidated pro-forma financial ratios, debt capacity analysis- Financial analysis of companies, industry & market researches in databases- Participation to credit applications submitted to senior management- Commercial presentations (“pitches”)
