As a Sr Consultant in Risk Advisory function, the main performed projects were:- Anti-Corruption Solutions - Corporate Investigation - Legal Compliance • Implementation of the methodology to respond complaints received by the whistleblowing-channel, contemplating the requirements of the current regulatory set and other internal guidelines, such as the company's Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Anti-Corruption Program manual.• Planning and investigating complaints related to Fraud and Corruption practices and with a risk of materiality, especially regarding irregularities in contracts, conflict of interest in the public sphere, nepotism and others.• Investigation in the administrative scope, using Forensic Investigation techniques (email examination, background check tools and others).• Elaboration of Investigation Reports, describing the scope of the exams, responding to the complaint and recommending opportunities for process improvement, when applicable.- Internal Audit - Risks and Compliance - Management Tests - SOX• Structuring the test procedures to carry out the management tests, in line with the current established control matrix.• Risk analysis of the main business processes, supporting the Internal Audit function.• SOX analysis, with the performance of tests, in order to verify the effectiveness of internal controls.• Monitoring the remediation of ineffective controls and material weaknesses pointed out in previous cycles.• Process Assessment and Mapping, with the elaboration of the narratives of the main operational and business-related processes.• Preparation of Internal Control Reports and Final Report, when the test cycles are done.• Optimization of internal processes, including the design, creation, review and implementation of compensatory controls.• Support for the testing process performed by the External Audit.
