IT Support Tech at Denver Water. Coordinate with external vendors and internal resources to install, upgrade, and repair audio visual systems including control rooms, conference rooms, video conferencing rooms, and emergency operation centers. Create and implement company wide IT hardware standards for desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. Work with vendors to procure new PC's, Printers and any and all peripherals that may be needed to keep over 1,000 computers, printers, and AV systems in working order. Maintain large and accurate PC, printer, and server inventory. Configure network copiers and printers and resolve issues both internally and through vendors. Manage printer vendor contract which keeps our fleet of 200+ network copier, printers, plotters, and scanners up and running. Resolve computer hardware and software issues in both remote and hands on environments. Work closely with internal customers to gauge needs and provide necessary tools to internal customers.

Restaurant Technology Services. Provided over the phone computer support to over 500 stores across the country. Worked closely with Software Developers, Network Admins, Data Admins and many vendors daily to quickly resolve issues related to Computer Hardware and Software as well as Network Hardware.
