• I developed and executed the Force health protection measures for an American Kaserne in Germany. I was responsible for the analysis and research for the different levels of force protection and implemented them to protect a population of 2,000 people. Each level of Force Health protection required analysis, proper planning, and resourcing in-order for it to be effective. I resourced over 100 Soldiers, Airmen, and Sailors to support the COVID-19 response. We reduced the infection rate to less than .03 percent for 1 year.

• Developed, executed, and managed a 20 employee COVID-19 isolation center. The center provided the following sustainment services that required contracting: food, water, rooms, cleaning, security, internet access, and health services.

• First sergeants handle the leadership and professional development of their soldiers, especially the non-commissioned officer development and grooming of enlisted Soldiers for promotions.
