I'm a solution-maker. Experience and education are both inspiration and background, but no rulers for future. no matter as much experience I've collected throughout the time, as many situations faced off, as much background to extrapolate from, I've always set my mind in "open-mode", thus I achieve to do what I want to do in the most innovative way. Did I have succeed on this? I'm convinced I did it, and that has happened mostly because I keep myself aware, ready to assess every situation with cleverness and creativity, but most of all: forging bonds along every process.When you have me in your organization, you'll get the whole package: office management, hands-on expertise, and a think-tank believer. There are too few working environments (if there is some) where I haven't been, neither where I don't find myself comfortable: indoors or outdoors, office or field, manufacturing or servicing... you name it!In addition to all above, I like to motivate, to mentor teams I'm involved with. Promoting that way a systemic approach toward collective intelligence, increasing chances to transform a group of "doers" into a team of "solvers".
