Liaising with various councils, developers and land-owners on behalf of the Company. All administration duties including typing, filing and general communication / liaison. Compiling council applications for submission to Outdoor Advertising Department.Assist with all document submissions and applications. Following up on outstanding documents.Site visits and measurements for council requirements. Obtaining locality maps, aerial maps, zoning certificates and title deeds. Will be required to scope out new opportunities.Manage, administration and control. Management and achievement of sales standards. Set and monitor clear performance objectives for all team members and ensure they are achieved by training and developing a professional, highly skilled and motivated team. This will involve preparing and implementing development plans for each individual, accompanying Zone Owners on a one-on-one basis, one day per rep per month, and holding team meetings.Develop a clear succession plan and contribute to the sales succession planning process, so that Libra can draw upon a pool of development “talent.”Co-ordinate the teams calling itineraries and frequency of account contact to meet standards of service and coverage requirements.Achieve specific brand initiatives.Manage sales driver implementation and reporting.Act as a central point for effective communication.Interpret and analyse information in respect of account, consumer, competitor activity and opportunities for brand development. Ensure accurate, clear and timely team briefing, which would include promotional and merchandising activities, brand company initiatives and service objectives.In making recommendations to the regional sales strategy, submit specific cost/benefit proposals for change.Translate the regional sales strategy into an agreed annual area plan to achieve short and long term sales objectives.Ensure accurate classification of trade accounts to agreed definitions and maintain an accurate database according to Libra standards.
