Responsible for integrating operation, administration and maintenance of server hardware, operating system, and management software servicing the Fort Bragg installation campus area NIPR and SIPR networks. Works with a team of IT system specialists, system engineers and IT support personnel to meet objectives. Responds to customer requests and reported difficulties, providing immediate corrective action when possible. Stays abreast of new technology, recommending new solutions to ensure best possible service is provided. Performs configuration management assignments to formally document and control the functional and physical characteristics of a system, application, or product during its life cycle.
