Work with the camp team to help plan, promote, and lead ministry events, retreats, and youth and special needs camps • Visit schools and churches to help lead presentations promoting summer camp attendance • Understand and assist with camp ministry sales and marketing • Help create and implement marketing materials and efforts to recruit college students for summer staff positions • Be part of summer camp evaluation process • Participate, ask questions, and offer suggestions for growth and development • Prepare a market analysis of competitors, customers, and industry trends.

Perform a variety of tasks within one of our guest areas as well as help maintain lodge cleanliness and greet customers. Our friendly lodge staff is often the very first interaction our guests have with Little Switzerland.

Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. Follow routes and time schedule. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints. Collect payments.
