•Responsible for the West Midlands region of 330+ staff's induction, compliance and refresher training including the monitoring of their continued professional development. •Manage the West Midlands annual training budget. Negotiate better deals with trainers. Raise & process invoices. •Develop and update the content of training courses and the company induction in line with policy and changing need. •Ensure company training is legally compliant and meets with all Ofsted, CQC and Herefordshire's Safeguarding board standards. •Regularly meet with Training providers and local colleges representing the West Midlands sites maintaining professional relations. •Accurately maintain and audit all records associated with induction, compliance training and refresher training, inc. Care Certificate process. •Produce monthly training audits and training matrix’s for sites/teams/individuals, alerting managers to shortfalls in training & respond to need. •Source, organise and facilitate full training packages and produce yearly training calendars. •Process all learning and development inquiries. •Ensure Diploma/Apprenticeship learners are fully supported throughout qualifications and learning schemes, liaising with mangers, colleges, and learning providers. Including monitoring progress.
