Joining a team of two developers, my responsibilities would include: • Supporting the company's e-commerce website. • Creating/Altering stored procedures on our SQL database to read, insert, delete, or modify data. • Fulfilling helpdesk tickets, based on priority. • Developing and maintaining in-house bespoke solutions, developed in C#, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, SQL & SignalR. • Reviewing code to be added as a new changeset onto our source control system. • Making minor code changes. • Dealing with internal support calls. My biggest achievement in this role was the design and implementation of a live chat system for the business' e-commerce website. The use of SignalR was necessary and gave me exposure to this library.
