CurrentDaniel joined NicholsBooth Architects in July, 2007 as Director of Tenant Development. With over 33 years of working in the San Francisco Bay Area Architecture and Interiors industry, he brings a wealth of experience to every project. Daniel is responsible for providing services to commercial-office building owners, managers, and leasing brokers, both locally and nationally. He is as comfortable with Interior Design as he is with Building Renovations. With his strong design background, and over 15 years of experience in this role as a Building Architect, Daniel understands his client’s needs, bringing creative problem solving and strong project management skills to all his work. Daniel is an artist in many senses of the word. A strong designer, he excels in creative problem-solving for commercial building owners, managers, and leasing brokers. He has mastered the art of space planning, project/move management, leading teams and building consensus with creativity and efficiency. He artfully interfaces with landlords and tenants on design-intensive projects of all sizes. His tasks include the clarification, coordination and distribution of information, in-house scheduling, or ongoing communication. Clients appreciate his sensitivity to their need for successful design strategies and efficient management and construction methods.
