I have worked within the NHS for over 13 years now. I secured my initial role as a temporary admin staff in 2010, then as temporary information project support staff in 2011. Subsequently, recruited as a System Analyst in 2013, then as a Business Process Analyst and now as a Project Manager.I Project managed the first Robotic Process Automation process in Outpatients maternity self-referral to go Live in April 2022. The clinical service no longer have to manually access three separate systems. Based on 250 referrals per week, saving 40 hours of time saved. Before the BOT was implemented it took an average of 7 minutes for an employee to complete a referral, but takes the BOT 2 minutes (saving 5 minutes per request)I liaise with various ICT Teams including infrastructure, developers and service suppliers to deliver key projects. I am proficient in using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console and Oracle Integration Cloud to develop and maintain automated processes, such as Imperial Private Healthcare Automation, New supplier Automation, Corporate Systems Automation and Tender Waiver Automation.I have completed the Blue Prism RPA Foundation training, Analyst Automation training and I have liaised with the Royal Free NHS Trust to complete blue prints and PDD’s (Process Definition Documents) for several Outpatient processes.I can create As-Is and To-be process maps and I can configure, build and map process applications using Business Process Management Notation in Oracle Integration Cloud to automate a process and make it more streamline for process owners.
