Responsible for all aspects of successful project delivery and profitability. Delegating authority and assigning responsibilities to project staff; maintaining positive relationships as the primary point of contact for Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, and other project stakeholders; providing leadership, management, and training to motivate project teamwork and morale; negotiating and managing contracts and changes; cost reporting; invoicing; providing oversight and assistance with project schedule; supervising the implementation and maintenance of all project administrative systems, including safety and quality control.

Processing submittals and RFI’s; negotiating and preparing change orders; monitoring construction schedule; chairing weekly construction meetings and preparing minutes; coordinating all specialty testing and inspection services; managing start up services; monitoring overall compliance with contract documents.

Managing $9M in sucontracts; coordinating all submittals, RFI’s, and drawings; interfacing with Owner for scheduling and payment; cost reporting; overseeing Field Engineers; assisting Project Manager.
