As a human resources intern at Kingsbridge Heights Community Center (KHCC), I contribute to the organization's mission of empowering Bronx residents through various programs and services. I assist with recruiting, onboarding, Compliance and employee relations, as well as providing help desk support to staff and clients. I have developed skills in human resources management, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resource management from State University of New York at Delhi, where I also earned an associate's degree in marketing. I am passionate about learning and growing in the field of human resources and making a positive impact on the community.
