Responsible for smooth running and coordination of Voluntary Male Medical Circumcision (VMMC) program in the district as part of HIV Prevention intervention among 22 health facilities.-Increased the district target performance from an average of 400 to above 900 per quarter.-Spear-headed the preparation and implementation of the district VMMC plan and budget.-Liaised with key stakeholders through meetings to monitor and evaluate the program performance-Provided mentor-ship to trained VMMC providers to maintain standards of care and skills improvements-Facilitated community mobilization meetings and sensitization for demand creation-Conducted an operational study to understand community perception on VMMC services in the district.

Responsible for smooth running of the facility and provision of quality health care services according to standards. Some of the major achievements are:-Co-initiated with a Peace-Corp Volunteer the support for SMARTCARE project at the facility and Chadiza District Hospital from partners in 2013.-Pioneered and managed the Chimbuzi Project co-initiated by a Peace-Corp volunteer in 2012 worthy US$25,000.00 to the most vulnerable households in the catchment area.-Pioneered and supervised the connection and electrification of the facility hydro-power project worthy more than US$30,000 in 2009.-Accomplished the re-connection and maintenance of pipe water supply to the institution through community and stakeholders involvement.-Led the team for advocating for increased and easy access to ART services which led to the facility being declared the first out-reach and static ART site in the district.-Managed the ART Clinic as the ART In-charge with support from Center for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ) Eastern Province.-Improved and innovated the provision of quality care by initiating laboratory services at the institution in 2005.
