I studied Computer Science Degree at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), starting on 1989 and getting my degree on 1994. My degree project subject was on variable step's numerical integration algorithms for digital simulation.In 1994, just at the end of my studies, I started working by Automatic and System Engineering Unit, that belonged to the Computer Science Department by that time.While working in this Unit, preformed two projects (clients: Repsol - Pretronor, and IDIADA). Also, I taught as assistant professor. It might be remarked that in 1996 I made an stage at the University of Arizona, in Tucson, spending 6 months working on several simulation techniques.From 1999 to 2001 I changed to Lambda Gestión SA, a 100% IBM company, where its main business was implementing JDEdwards ERP product. I assumed a technical role: JDEdwards CNC consultant with experience in: AS/400, Windows (NT and 2000), UNIX (AIX), DB2 DB, Oracle DB, SQL Server DB.In 2001, Lambda Gestión was completely absorbed by IBM GBS, where I am working since.As of my skills, in 2003 I got certified on SAP MM (Materials Managment, Purchase and Logistics), becoming a functional consultant of this product. As functional consultant (and later as Project Manager), I have been working for several clients (like GasNatural, Sara Lee, Ajuntament de Barcelona), mainly in the public sector.In 2008 I changed to Project Manager, that it is my actual role. Actually I am preparing por PMP certification (PMI).By September 2014, I changed my job to Project Executive, management the out-sourcing contract of a relevant company in Utilities sector.
