Team responsible for all operational aspects of TPG’s treasury functions. • Deal Close Coordination - Key point of contact for legal and business unit controllers on deal closings. Responsible for coordinating funds flow through the deal structure, confirming wiring instructions, verifying funding timelines when moving through multiple countries, ensuring funding deadlines are met and coordinating FX transactions for foreign investments. • Foreign Exchange Operations - Onboard with banks for foreign transactions, confirm FX trade details, ensure all local regulatory requirements are met and coordinate settlement between TPG, FX banks and buyers/sellers in 20 different currencies to date, transacting with over 20 different banks. • Equity Portfolio Management and Operations - Key point of contact for equity capital markets and business unit controllers to confirm current share positions, allocations and cash settlements. Track trade activity, confirm trade details and coordinate settlements for equity trades. Onboarding entities with new banks or brokers for public offerings/sales by working with legal and KYC to meet onboarding requirements. • Custody Portfolio Management - Track custody for all of the firm’s holdings. Responsibilities include communicating with portfolio companies to obtain new and confirm current ownership, sending out monthly reconciliations to accounting teams, resolving all custody breaks, tracking new investment and sale activity, coordinating share transfers and conversions, and opening of new custody accounts.

Team responsible for all debt capital markets and derivative origination for the firm. • Financing Activity Manage $8bn in loan commitments across 18 funds and 17 banks for all fund and firm level credit facilities. Track and report all loan activity to the firm to ensure borrowing capacity is available to fund upcoming investments. Work on bank syndications for new and existing credit facilities to mitigate bank exposure and facilitate credit facility upsizes. Lead negotiations and counterparty selection for new subscription credit facilities through the comparison and analysis of bank terms, pricing and advance rates. Work with legal and senior management to negotiate credit agreement language.  Manage all borrowing base calculations, compliance reporting, borrowing requests, repayments and interest reconciliations and payments for fund and firm level credit facilities. Negotiate improved terms around reporting, interest payment schedules, borrowing and repayment timelines for existing and new credit agreements.• Foreign Exchange Activity Responsible for managing FX hedging portfolio and tracking currency exposures for all portfolio companies within each fund, produce reporting for CIO and Treasurer.  Execute FX spot and forward transactions for deal fundings, realizations, dividend conversions and hedging transactions. Counterparty selection and onboarding with FX banks for upcoming foreign deal fundings and hedging transactions. Responsible for managing bank relationships, executing new ISDA agreements, completing KYC and adhering to regulatory requirements.

· Responsible for the affirmation/confirmation, settlement, life cycle event processing and break resolution related to all client FX trades. Products include spot, forwards, swaps, vanilla options, barriers, digitals and volatility swaps. · Managed the settlement of FX cash flows associated with all FX products, including unwinds, novations, fees, and premiums.· Calculated and reconciled monthly Equity TRS resets with various counter parties. · Booked and confirmed cash flows for aforementioned resets.· Worked with Citadel’s portfolio finance team to resolve any Equity P/L, financing and dividend breaks.· Completed daily Equity TRS swap amendments for the trading desk.· Execute monthly position rolls for the Equities desk.· Key point of contact and escalation point for trading desk, reconciliation, control group, and counterparties to resolve any economic discrepancies on trades in a timely manner.· Worked with IT in the development and enhancement of front to back trading systems.· Responsible for improving processes and enhancing the overall client experience.· Consistently looked to improve, automate and standardize day-to-day procedures in order to reduce operational risk.

· Member of the Asian trading team, assisted in day-to-day activities including hedging spot book to adhere to the NFA’s end of day capital requirements. · Helped manage aggregated positions in all currency pairs that were regularly between $100-$300m in USD exposure and at times exceeding those levels. · Interacted with clients to execute voice trades and resolve trading related inquiries. · Market Making and Liquidity management for spot market rates in 30+ currency pairs including Gold Silver and Oil. · Reconciled portfolio positions to multi-bank balances, perform daily swaps for aforementioned portfolio.· Executed daily funding swaps for all cash positions.
