 Recent Projects: Global implementation of SDWAN, Intune and Autopilot standardization and Implementation for computer management and PC imaging, build out of Zoom conference rooms at all sites for standard EUX, converting to Cloud-based phones, Integrating Azure VMs as a standard for consultants and agency employees.  Provide direction and leadership, manage appropriate systems / processes to deliver a quality customer experience through effective development, operational support, tools, consistent methodology, continuous improvement, and metrics. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures in regard to information systems and strategy. Consult with other business leaders to define key performance indicators and service levels Enable and foster the growth and development of the Technical Operations team. Serves as a mentor and coach to other leaders and direct reports to ensure success in their role. Oversee all Tier 2 and 3 support for IT Infrastructure and EUC this includes WAN/LAN, Network Infrastructure, SDWAN, Data Center Operations, Telecom and Zoom Video Conference, PC/Mac and Peripherals, Application Support, Mobile Device Management, OKTA SSO and AV Prepare and manage operational and capital budget and expenditures, on both a fiscal year and project basis. Oversee MSP providing Tier 1 services desk, network and data infrastructure support.

 Responsible for all Tier 2 and 3 support for IT Infrastructure and EUC this includes WAN/LAN Network Infrastructure, Site Servers, Telecom and Video Conference, PC/Mac and Peripherals, Application Support, Mobile Device Management, and AV Project management – IT build out for four new facilities, which included, all network infrastructure, telephony, WIFI, server-rooms, cabling, circuit implementations and conference room AV, other recent projects include a SEP consolidation and SCCM deployment for 28 sites globally  Capex budgeting and planning Administer Servers, Symantec Endpoint Manager, Symantec backup Exec, WDS, WSUS, Print Server, Radius Server, File Server, Basic SQL, SCCM, DHCP, WSUS Including Backup restore and disaster recover planning Support network infrastructure to include Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, wireless controller, MPLS network connections, VOIP telephony (Avaya, Nortel and Cisco) ISPs, and telecom vendors, Planning with a focus and resiliency, VPN clients (cisco and Juniper pulse secure)  Manage projects within pre-established parameters of budget, resources and time. Support various business applications to include Office 365, SharePoint, Cognos controller, Hyperion Smart View, SAP, Salesforce, LIMS and Empower Develop and deliver timely weekly and monthly status reports, matrix and KPIs Oversee outsourced IT functions and vendor management Collaborate closely with team members in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing specific information technologies that support the business plans and IT strategies for both steady state and strategic roadmap  Regional asset management and accountability  Experience with GxP regulated environments
