Amplifi provides technology solutions to Credit Unions.Was brought in as a consultant to assist and improve their existing customer service at MyCommunityBank which is a growing credit union who aims to maintain an excellent service to their current customer base whilst also improving their service to attract more to their network.Key Responsibilities:Operations:- Researched into solutions for data migration through use of IMAP, MSPComplete- Setting up the data migration tool from one endpoint to anotherCustomer Service:- Reviewed loan applications, particularly for documentation required and for membership eligibility- Following up applicants by phone and email to open full set of documentation- Kept track of applications, documents pending up to the stage of completion of applications- Becoming the first point of contact for customers for any queries asked via email or telephone- Updating and creating repayment plans for customers after their money is disbursed.
