- Perform 4 steps of product recovery in case of losses, including contingency, product recovery statement, security and incident reports. - Completing security tag checks and product pat-downs. Verifying that all products are properly tagged according to OBW. - Resolve any closet opportunities that includes Damaged, Special Orders, Layaways, or PSA items. - Detecting and investigating our electronic cycle counts to ensure accuracy on products, and creating a course of action in order to reset any inaccuracies.- Detecting and resolving any missing entries in the store deposit log, tampering on payment terminals, and price overrides that exceed what is allowed.- Order Management Auditing: Processing global and domestic orders, ensuring that AVS, CVV matches. Preventing any chargeback items and fraudulent orders.
