1st, 2nd line Desktop Support, maintain our help desk and support\troubleshoot issues for our office and remote users. With this I developed a document library with New Starter procedures and documentations for Users and Install\Setup guides for our IT Team. I built and deployed a standard Windows 7 image and rolled it out with Office 2010. I managed our Blackberry Exchange Server and the blackberry mobile devices.I helped to manage Active Directory with the Exchange 2010 environment, this was mainly User Account and mailbox creations, Password resets, membership groups and permissions along with AD clean-ups such a moving old accounts to segregated OUs, PC hostnames, Users Job titles.I maintained our Anti-virus on desktops and laptops, using Symantec Endpoint protection manager to ensure policies, PCs and definitions were up to date, I also upgraded SEPM to the latest version and then migrated this from a physical Server to our 3rd party hosted provider VMI also Support our Polycom video conferencing systems & Skype, Lync 2010, Mac OS & Apple devices, Active Sync for our Android and Windows Phone users, VMWare, Remote Terminal Server,
