In this role, I was brought in to become the process facilitator for our custom product solutions. I was given the task to find and implement an automated workflow tool for these solutions. This tool has become the primary tool we use to coordinate these custom projects. As the position has evolved, I have been involved and led many process improvement projects for our local organization. Projects include eCommerce (digital adoption) improvement, "zero-touch" analysis (SAP efficiency), customer portfolio management (how we define and support customers) and local pricing analysis projects. I have been very agile and willing to accept new projects from our local leadership team that were not in my defined job description. This has allowed me to continue to grow my skills, build a network, and reach success along the way. My passion has become the people I get to work with, improving our processes, and the systems we get to work on.
Program Office - Global Key Accounts
In this role, I managed pricing administration for all of our global key accounts. This came in the form of updating and maintaining variant matrix pricing agreements and a multitude of pricing contracts with our top customers. Other responsibilities included producing costing analysis for new price development, running rebate calculations to communicate accrual bonuses for global key accounts, updating and maintaining Salesforce customer hierarchies, and calculating internal transfer pricing for cross-segment business in a global environment.This position helped me develop valuable traits I carry with me today. It taught me how to communicate effectively with teammates from different cultures, ethnicities, and time zones. I learned how to look at the business critically, how to ask the right questions, and the keys to following through on long, arduous projects. My excel skills advanced in this position to help with pricing analysis and system inputs.
Customer Service Representative - Nam
In this role, I supported our global key account team by managing and maintaining their customer's needs when it came to commercial support. My daily duties included entering customer orders into SAP, maintaining customer master data, responding to customer inquiries around product support, order status, expedite requests, and ad-hoc problem solving. I was able to participate in consultation projects that helped us build better relationships with our global key accounts. I became efficient in Danfoss business systems such as SAP and Salesforce along the way. This position was a great introduction to Danfoss, the customers we serve, and how we support them. I have carried many learnings forward into other roles from my time in Customer Service.
