After eight years in different roles I’m currently working as Operations Manager with four years of experience in the same role.I manage a team of 8 supervisors and their teams. My main roles as of now is to ensure that we achieve productivity targets, maintain quality standards, create and update dashboards to help in monitoring our employees performance, manage employee health & safety, comply with the performance & processes business review cycles with clients and directors.Apart from these I also work on project improvements and process enhancement for the team, ensuring their development and constant improvement of their work, skills and techniques which all of those activities are components to ensure a higher satisfaction for our employees.
