As a Senior Engineering Manager, I support a mix of managers and leaders in their technical, managerial and personal development. Acting as their primary point of contact, providing them regular feedback and guidance. I care deeply about the managers and leaders whom I manage, coaching them on areas for development, celebrating their achievements and recognising their strengths.Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and as a senior member of the engineering management team, I participate and actively contribute in management meetings, lead some departmental initiatives, and take part in a range of activities to improve the wider department, including recruitment, mentoring and evolving our development practices with safety driven process and success at the heart of endeavour.
