•Author and maintain a Schedule of Values (SOV) for each individual construction contract; track and measure construction progress, productivity, and earned costs for contractor invoicing.•Create and maintain budgetary documents used to track and forecast project spending, monthly cash flow, and project contingency.•Provide detailed analysis and flash trends for stakeholders to identify potential cost and schedule savings, issues, or anomalies.•Assisting with the creation and validation of the budget and scope packages for various Capital and Turnaround projects; includes extracting data from planning software and schedules, applying industry, historical and experience-based methods to estimate and calculate budgets.•Company liaison to contractors for all Field Change Requests (FCRs).
