Project Controls Specialist
•Author and maintain a Schedule of Values (SOV) for each individual construction contract; track and measure construction progress, productivity, and earned costs for contractor invoicing.•Create and maintain budgetary documents used to track and forecast project spending, monthly cash flow, and project contingency.•Provide detailed analysis and flash trends for stakeholders to identify potential cost and schedule savings, issues, or anomalies.•Assisting with the creation and validation of the budget and scope packages for various Capital and Turnaround projects; includes extracting data from planning software and schedules, applying industry, historical and experience-based methods to estimate and calculate budgets.•Company liaison to contractors for all Field Change Requests (FCRs). This includes compiling and processing FCRs, maintaining and auditing tracking logs, providing recommendations on approval and reviewing SAP reports to ensure accuracy.•Create and execute Field Change Orders (FCOs) used to increase the value of POs; track the contract value from baseline bid to final contract.
