Having found employment at the age of 14 in a grocery store, I worked my way through the ranks till I eventually was advanced to management by the time I was 18. During this time, I was also attending high school, playing all 4 years Varsity soccer (Team captain Senior Year) and earning the prestigious award of Eagle Scout. Upon turning 21, I enter the U.S. Coast Guard to serve my country. Earned Leadership award upon graduating boot camp and moved on to develop my Leadership skills for the next 4 years in the Coast Guard. Received my Honorable discharge and entered the field of sales and management. Have experience working for large corporations and small start up companies. Have lead and managed successful teams up to 120 team members. Firm believer that there is a difference between a manager and a leader, I strive to inspire, drive and lead all my teams to success.
